Benjamin "Benny Blue Eyes" Costanzo (1920 - 2001) was an italian-american mobster and family boss of the Costanzo Crime Family in Las Venturas. He rooted in the gambling industry and made himself infamous through extortion, taxation, murder for hire and bootlegging. Leading one of the most powerful cosa nostra groups throughout the twentieth century many had made an attempt on his life to ultimately take grasp of the Las Venturas underworld however he never gave in. When in 2001 the Federal Bureau of Investigation incarcerated the family and its members after a twenty year old investigation he received the final blow and the crime family ultimately shut down.

Costanzo is widely remembered for his relations with important San Andreas government figures and local celebrities, reminding people of how he helped them build their career, and respectively Costanzo has been accepted to openly having had a share in many of the local entertainment industry that shaped Las Venturas from the ground on up. Costanzo is more likely considered a hero than an antagonist of the people, and he had an overall good reputation and mentality towards the city and its locals proclaiming himself a paragon.
