Malik "Big Took" Charles was a leading member of the 42 Hoover Criminals gang and a founding member of The White Line drug trafficking organization. From 1995-2003 he was responsible for the organizations distribution network in Bone County and Las Venturas, as well as organized shipments to Canada and the mainland United States. However, upon The White Line's demise he led investigators on a turbulent two year nationwide manhunt before he was finally captured in New Orleans after open firing on a local police officer who he believed was searching for him.
