Randy B. Stiffman Gardens, otherwise known as the Stiffman Housing Projects or simply the Stiffman Projects, is a public housing facility located behind the Old Venturas Strip in Las Venturas, San Andreas. Living conditions surrounding the projects have been known to be quite harsh, involving a high crime rate and poverty stricken families. This is likely because of their affordability in regards to other residential areas within the city.
Since the 1990s there has been an influx in gang activity surrounding the projects, caused by the previous 2525 Stiffman Gardens Crips and more recently The Whitmore Organization.
