Joseph "Numbers" Costanzo (1897-1972) was an important figure in the history of Las Venturas, having invested millions in the gambling world to set up what Las Venturas is known as today. He was the leader of the most powerful American Mafia in San Andreas.

He was liquidated by Patrick Czajkowski and Miguel Esperanza in The Vice, Las Venturas together with caporegime Giacomo Gravano on 21st of June, 1972.
